Can I choose a specific parking spot?
Yes. After choosing your time, you pick a free spot on the live floor map, and it is reserved for you.
How do I pay for a booking?
Bookings are paid from your Jet Garaj wallet. If your balance is too low, the app tells you before the booking is created.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes. You can cancel from your bookings, and wallet payments are refunded to your wallet.
Can I add more time while I'm parked?
Yes. Open your booking timer and extend your parking time.
Which languages does the app support?
Turkish, English and Arabic.
